Tambaram runs across East and West Tambaram, Selaiyur, Sembakkam, Mudichur and more, and water exposure varies a lot from street to street. Parts of the wider area were waterlogged in 2015 and again in 2023. Tell us your street and floor on the first call, and we will recommend the grade: MR for dry rooms, BWR for kitchens, BWP where moisture is a real risk.
Older house or new flat: different first steps
You will find older independent houses next to newer apartments. In an older house the carpentry is the visible work; the wiring and plumbing decide how long it lasts. Do you work in Tambaram, and where are your offices?
Yes, Tambaram is one of our service areas. Our main office is in Villivakkam and our corporate office is in Kolathur, both in north Chennai. Tambaram is across the city from both, so we plan the first call and the 3D design remotely and book site visits with you. Call or WhatsApp first so the founder or project coordinator is there to meet you.
Can you work on an older Tambaram house, not just a new flat?
Yes. For older houses we start by checking wiring, plumbing and damp before fitting modular units. Our home renovation page lists what we look at and how a renovation differs from a new-flat interior.
Can the design and quote be done without me visiting your office?
Yes. The founder takes the first call, you send your floor plan by phone photo or WhatsApp, and the 3D design is shared for your approval. This is how we already work with NRI homeowners.
Who does the work in my home?
Our own team of 30+ carpenters, electricians, painters, masons and workmen. We do not outsource execution, and founder R. Udaya Kumar visits the site during the work.
What warranty do I get?
Our work carries a 10-year warranty. Ask us on the first call exactly what it covers for the rooms you are planning.
