Call the founder
Your first call is with Managing Director R. Udaya Kumar. A face-to-face meeting follows to understand the flat, the rooms, your budget and your move-in date.
You: share your builder's floor plan and your date. - Design phase
Design in 3D
Layouts and 3D views show the kitchen, wardrobes, living room and bedrooms with materials by tier.
You: tell us what you like and how you use each room. - Confirm phase
Confirm and lock
We refine the design with your feedback, then lock design, materials, scope and quote in writing. Nothing is built before you approve.
You: approve the final design and quote. - Build phase
Build with our own team
Our carpenters, electricians, painters and masons do the work, coordinated by M. Gangadharan, with site visits from the founder.
You: visit whenever you like, or get updates if you are away. - Install phase
Install and finish
Units are installed, hardware and lighting fitted and every room is checked so the pieces work together.
You: walk through and point out anything to adjust. - Within the promised date
Handover
A final walkthrough, then the keys to your finished home. The same team stays available if anything needs attention, and the work carries a 10-year warranty.
You: sign off and move in.
The 49-day promise applies to complete homes. Your exact date is confirmed after approval, because it depends on scope.

Do I need to be at the flat during the work?
No, but you are welcome to visit anytime. If you are away, you get updates. The project coordinator and the founder visit the site during the work.
Can I move into the flat before all rooms are done?
Yes, you can plan it in phases. Many owners do the kitchen and bedroom wardrobes first and the rest later. Tell us the order that matters to you.
