What the starting price buys, and what it does not.
Silver: MR plywood, 0.8mm matt laminate, standard wire baskets and no lights. That last part matters, so we state it plainly.

Four ways to keep the number under control.
- Start with the rooms that matter most. You do not have to commit to the whole home on day one.
- Pick the tier for what you use. The tier sets plywood, finish, hardware and lighting.
- Compare like with like. Ask every designer for plywood grade, finish, hardware and lighting in writing.
- Plan the cash. Payment is in four stages, 10%, 70%, 15% and 5%, and the biggest share falls in stage 2.
