Platinum costs ₹1,20,000 more than Silver at the starting price. The design process, the team and the 10-year warranty are the same in all three. What changes is what your interiors are made of.
What you get in Silver, Gold and Platinum
The three tiers differ in plywood grade, laminate or acrylic finish, kitchen hardware and lighting. Design, in-house execution, the 49-day delivery promise and the warranty do not change.

Two things are worth noticing. The plywood grade is the one choice hidden inside the cabinets, so it is worth asking about by name. Lighting is the other visible jump: Silver includes no lights, Gold adds spot lights, and Platinum adds LED profile lights.

What moves your 2 BHK quote
Two flats can both be 2 BHK and still need very different work. The quote follows the actual scope, not the room count. Six things change it.
- Kitchen layout. Cabinet configuration, storage needs and your existing layout change the scope.
- Wardrobes. How many, how wide, whether there is loft storage and which fittings go inside.
- Living room. The TV unit, display and storage you want in the hall.
- Package tier. Plywood grade, laminate or acrylic finish, and kitchen hardware.
- Ceiling and lighting. False ceiling, lights and the electrical work that goes with them.
- Existing work. Old units to remove or surfaces to repair before new work starts.

How the payments work
We take payment in four stages: 10%, 70%, 15% and 5%, each tied to project progress. Here is what that looks like at the Silver starting price of ₹3,18,500.

The largest share falls in stage 2, so plan your cash flow around it. The final 5% is the last stage.
Questions to ask any designer before you compare prices
A lower number is not always a lower cost if the two quotes cover different things. Before you compare, ask each designer for these in writing.
- The plywood grade for the kitchen, wardrobes and bedroom units (MR, BWR or BWP).
- The laminate thickness and finish, or whether it is acrylic.
- The kitchen hardware brand and type.
- Whether lighting is included, and what kind.
- Who actually does the work: the designer's own team or outside crews.
- The warranty length and what it covers.

- First call. You talk through the home, the rooms and your budget with me.
- Face-to-face meeting. We meet in person to agree the scope and the quotation.
- 3D design and approval. You see the rooms in 3D and approve the design. No work starts before your approval.
- Execution. Our own team builds it, working to the 49-day promise.
- Handover. You move into the finished home, backed by the 10-year warranty.
