    Our own carpenters, electricians, painters, masons and workmen build it. Payments go in 4 stages: 10%, 70%, 15% and 5%.

What does living room and TV unit design include?
The TV unit, the showcase and hall storage, and the lighting are planned together, so the hall gets the storage it needs without feeling crowded. Which of these you want is confirmed in your quotation.
How much does a TV unit cost in Chennai?
House Decors does not list a separate TV unit price. The living room is part of our home packages, which start at ₹3,18,500 for a 2 BHK, ₹4,23,500 for a 3 BHK and ₹5,38,500 for a 4 BHK (Silver). A single room can be quoted on its own: tell us the unit you have in mind. See the packages page.
Which plywood suits a TV unit?
MR plywood suits dry areas such as living room units. Gold packages use BWR and Platinum packages use BWP. Read the plywood guide.
What lighting comes with each tier?
Silver has no lights, Gold has spot lights and Platinum has LED profile lights. Ceiling lights and the electrical work that goes with them also affect the quote.
Can I add a crockery unit, display niche or pooja unit?
Special units can be added to the scope when you need them. Our project photos include a crockery unit with a mirror backsplash, a lit niche with shelves and a pooja unit. Tell us what the hall needs and we plan it in 3D.
Do you do false ceilings?
