Villas vary too much in floor area, number of rooms and customisation for a fixed package. Instead we walk the property with you and prepare a scope and quotation for your home, using the same Silver, Gold or Platinum materials as a guide.

  2. We walk the property with you

    Villas vary too much in floor area, rooms and customisation for a fixed package, so we see the home itself.

  3. Scope and quotation

    We prepare a scope and quotation for your home, using the same Silver, Gold or Platinum materials as a guide.

  4. 3D design and approval

    You see the rooms in 3D and approve the design. No work starts before your approval.

  5. Execution and handover

    Our own carpenters, electricians, painters, masons and workmen build it, backed by a 10-year warranty. Payments go in 4 stages: 10%, 70%, 15% and 5%.

What is 4 BHK Package 2?
It is the larger of our two 4 BHK packages. Its starting prices are ₹3,80,000 higher at Silver, ₹5,10,000 higher at Gold and ₹5,50,000 higher at Platinum than the standard 4 BHK package. Ask for its exact room-by-room inclusions on WhatsApp; they are confirmed in your quotation.

How is a villa quote prepared?
We walk the property with you and prepare a scope and quotation for your home, using the same Silver, Gold or Platinum materials as a guide. Your first call is with Managing Director R. Udaya Kumar, and we meet in person to agree the scope.
What is the difference between Silver, Gold and Platinum?
Silver uses MR plywood, 0.8mm matt laminate, standard wire baskets and no lights. Gold uses BWR plywood, 1mm high gloss laminate, Ebco 304 stainless steel wire baskets and spot lights. Platinum uses BWP plywood, acrylic, Hettich tandem boxes and LED profile lights. See the materials guide.
How long does a 4 BHK or villa interior take?
House Decors works to a 49-day delivery promise once the design is confirmed and payment stages begin. Timelines can vary with project size and site readiness, so the schedule is confirmed once the scope is final.
Can I do only a few rooms of a large home?
