Gold costs ₹90,000 more than Silver, and Platinum costs ₹1,50,000 more than Gold. From Silver to Platinum is ₹2,40,000. The design process, the team and the 10-year warranty are the same in all three.
4 BHK Package 2
For larger 4 BHK homes there is a bigger package. Its starting prices are below, and the scope is confirmed in your quotation.

What Silver, Gold and Platinum include
The three tiers differ in plywood grade, laminate or acrylic finish, kitchen hardware and lighting. Design, in-house execution, the 49-day delivery promise and the warranty do not change.

How villas are quoted
Villas are quoted per project, not from a fixed package. They vary too much in floor area, number of rooms and customisation.

From 3 BHK to 4 BHK
Going from a 3 BHK to a 4 BHK adds ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,32,000 to the starting price, depending on the tier.

How the payments work
We take payment in four stages: 10%, 70%, 15% and 5%, each tied to project progress. Here is what that looks like at each 4 BHK starting price.

Questions to ask any designer
A lower number is not always a lower cost if two quotes cover different things. Ask each designer for these in writing.
- The plywood grade for the kitchen, wardrobes and bedroom units (MR, BWR or BWP).
- The laminate thickness and finish, or whether it is acrylic.
- The kitchen hardware brand and type.
- Whether lighting is included, and what kind.
- Who does the work: the designer's own team or outside crews.
- The warranty length and what it covers.
At House Decors, our own carpenters, electricians, painters, masons and workmen do the work. We do not outsource execution to outside crews.
