What turnkey means
One company, from the first call to the last screw.
You deal with one company, not five contractors. We design, build and hand over, and we are responsible for the result.
Our own carpenters, electricians, painters, masons and workmen do the work. We do not outsource execution to outside crews, so the people who plan your rooms are the people who build them.

Face-to-face meeting
We meet in person to agree the scope and the quotation.

3D design and approval
You see the rooms in 3D and approve the design. No work starts before your approval.

Execution
Our own carpenters, electricians, painters, masons and workmen build it. Payments go in 4 stages: 10%, 70%, 15% and 5%.

Handover
You move into the finished home, backed by a 10-year warranty.

You pay as the work progresses.
Four stages: 10%, 70%, 15% and 5%, each tied to project progress. At the Silver 2 BHK starting price of ₹3,18,500 that is ₹31,850, ₹2,22,950, ₹47,775 and ₹15,925.
