Face-to-face meeting
We meet in person to agree the scope and the quotation.

3D design and approval
You see the rooms in 3D and approve the design. No work starts before your approval.

Execution
Our own carpenters, electricians, painters, masons and workmen build it. Payments go in 4 stages: 10%, 70%, 15% and 5%.

Handover
You move into the finished home, backed by a 10-year warranty.
