How the finder chooses
Each answer adds points. A low-cost priority with no lighting points to Silver. A balance of cost and quality with spot lights points to Gold. A premium priority, LED profile lights, heavy cooking or a damp home push the result towards Platinum, because BWR and BWP plywood resist moisture better than MR.
It is a guide, not a quote. The design process, the in-house team and the 10-year warranty are the same in every tier.

Which package is best for a 2 BHK in Chennai?
Gold is the most chosen package. For a 2 BHK it starts at ₹3,98,500 with BWR plywood, 1mm high gloss laminate, Ebco 304 stainless steel baskets and spot lights. Silver starts at ₹3,18,500 and Platinum at ₹4,38,500.
What is the difference between MR, BWR and BWP plywood?
They are in rising order of water resistance. MR suits dry rooms such as bedroom wardrobes, BWR suits kitchens, and BWP suits areas with the most moisture. See our plywood guide for where each goes.
Are these the final prices?
No. They are starting prices. The final quote depends on your floor plan, rooms included, materials and any custom work.
What about villas?
Villas are quoted per project, using the same Silver, Gold or Platinum materials as a guide.
